When you send a brief, Fine Intent collects the name, email address, country code, phone number, website, service choice and project context you provide. We use this information to receive, confirm and reply to your enquiry. Our email delivery provider processes the message and acknowledgement on our behalf. The form includes spam and rate protection and does not claim success unless the delivery service accepts the enquiry.
Your phone number is collected so Fine Intent can respond to your enquiry. Submitting it does not give consent for promotional SMS, WhatsApp messages or automated marketing calls.
When you book a call, Fine Intent collects your name, email address, selected time and timezone, plus any optional phone number or website you provide. We use this information to check availability, create the calendar event and meeting link, invite the intended attendees and send your confirmation. Google Calendar and our email delivery provider process this information on our behalf.
Your light or dark choice and cookie preferences are stored in your browser. Necessary storage keeps these choices working. Optional analytics and advertising tools remain disabled unless you allow the relevant category, and you can reopen Cookie preferences from the footer.
If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, it is controlled by your consent choice. Fine Intent does not send enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, free-text messages or confirmation IDs to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
